Well my patient self didnt make any phone calls, I just let the system work. Looks like they shipped my strut tower brace. I'll let you know for sure if it arrives.

I just called yesterday to cancel my order. I talked to rep. and he said it is on back order until atleast the 23th of July. My estimated shipment date was 7/6/01.

THEY SCREWED ME UP BIG TIME!!!!!
I actualy talked to the VP of Customer Service and was promised that I would never get the part and that it would never ship. I have already installed the part I received directly from Neuspeed.
They now have charged my card anyway -- and this is after the VP called me back to insure that they would NOT do this.
Talk about a pisser.
I now have to call AMEX to have the charges reversed (if the bar actualy shows up). Now mind you the cancellation occured on 7/6/2001. I then received a "we may ship anyway..." I then called the VP and he PROMISED that the item would never be sent and that I would never be charged.
Talk about messed-up....
They now just say that the item is going to ship, and they decided to charge me anyway!
If anyone ever thinks they would enjoy the equivalent of a "stalker", just give 'em a call -- they won't leave you alone... No promise will ever be kept!

BTW -- the VP of customer service that promised to "pick the parts up himself" if they ever showed up *and* promised that the order was stopped anyway, will not return my e-mails or phone calls. Once the order gets cancelled, they keep sending info that says you are getting charged, but don't send tracking info necessary to re-route the parts or figure out when they are coming.
If you want to risk it and like to save a few bucks for a lot of hassles -- go for it. Just be sure to use the American Express card, so you can make sure they don't get paid for all of their Bull $hit.
Bottom line -- if I had a dollar for every promise they broke, I would be buying from them every week!
