On the actuall rotor surface itself.... u can get anything sort of coating u want u may (and probably will) still get rust.

It doesn't matter if u get rust there tho what's important to protect is the inside of the rotor.

For example I got DBA rotors on the front. The hub is powdercoated and the inside of the rotor appears to be fully powdercoated as well.

I have inspected them a few times and looked for rusting anywhere and could not find a single spot inside the rotor or outside.

As for the rotor surface, it will have surface rust only in moist conditions. this happens because on the contact surface it's always NEW fresh EXPOSED metal. which is perfect for corrosion.

so don't blame the rotors, blame the weather, or the fact it's not in a garage. lol

I want to get rid of that thou.
If it rains and I dont drive the car for a couple of days it looks terrible.
I need some that will look good because with my new wheels you will be able to see all.
Ans I dont want nice looking wheels with rusty rotors behind them.

Keep driving with them. Theres no way to prevent rust, and if you have any sort of coating a simple drive around the block will wear it off.

any coating put on the face of the rotor is pointless

A friend of mine said it helped with rust but I think he just said that because he felt stupid for paying extra for it LOL

I'm mainly concerned with the hub of the rotor staying nice.

so paint it with high temp ENAMEL paint and u'll be fine.

go onto the rotor surface slightly and then when u begin driving the paint will rub off to the exact spot u want
