Alright, we all know that Mustangs aren't the best...but what can I say, she wanted one and got a helluva deal

So she got a 1999 3.8L V6 Mustang coupe. Black/Black. 190hp.

We are going to install a CAI very soon, to get it up to around 200hp.

I was wondering if any of you know of things we should look out for (previous owners or drivers of mustangs). And also any other mods we should try to do right away, and others to do in good time.

It has a little over 34K miles, so we will be replacing the stock 15" wheels with 16" or 17" wheels when the tread on the stock tires run out. About another 10K-15K miles.

Thanks for any thoughts, and please don't reply with "Mustangs suck", b/c I already know that...but what can I do now!!!!!

heh heh... well avengerjr, I can't help you with any of your questions, but I would like to point out that.... hey.... at least it's just a V6 and you can still take her in a drag race
