Fuel Pump Priming

So, Im trying to figure out if this is normal. My fuel pump primes every 15-20 minutes WITHOUT the key in the ignition. I could just walk past the damn car and it primes. When I unlock the doors or pop the trunk, it primes every couple of minutes. I know its normal for it to prime when you turn the ignition to ON, but Im talking about no key in the ignition. The car is just parked.

Is that with all CLs or is my car a clusterfuck of asshattery?

i just noticed it the other day when i was waxing my car. it must have just started cause i never noticed it before. it sounded like i left my phone on vibrate somewhere in the car. i had just gone on a drive maybe about 15 minutes before i started washing it. i thought i was crazy cause i couldnt find anything then i realized it was in the back area. i dunno if its normal or not :\ it hasnt done it since.

It's the valve that lets out air from the gas tank or lets it in, heating and cooling, more of a summer thing I think. Normal.
