Flush/Change Coolant ?

wazup guys i just found out today that i need a new coolant temperature sensor...but since i got it drain the coolant, so i could install the coolant sensor, i would rather just draing it an do a flush/change, but wanted to know were is the drain plug an what's the procedure of doing a flush/ change on an 03 acura cl s

Drain radiator (peacock valve at the bottom)
Empty overflow bottle
Drain coolant from engine (under the car, look up. Hard to describe, hard to find unless someone points it out to you)
Fill overflow bottle
Fill radiator with honda blue coolant then run engine with heater on. Leave the radiator cap on until the fan cycles twice and add coolant as necessary.
