On the way to work this morning my rear driver side tire started banging and bouncing off the ground... i pull over as soon as possible and there is a nail sticking about an inch out of one of my 19's and its not just any nail... its one of those they use for concrete, so its really friggin hard... hard enough so that there is a bulge on the inside my rim... and when the tire guy took the tire off we saw that the tip of the nail had just about gone thru the rim... i'm having my welder weld the spot on the rim... but hopefully he wont get it too hot and pop the chrome... as for the tire... its shot... the nail went thru the corner and actually thru the bead... anyone know where i can get a Toyo Proxes FZ4 at a good price in Jersey???

I dont know where to get tires in NJ, I go to DE since I dont want to pay taxes.

 

Do you have any STS tire chains around there, they sell them here in PA, not too expensive either i believe.

aww damm bro, I feel your pain. Only place I deal with is on rte 46, out here in North NJ, might b too far from you, Action Tire and Rayco. I always keep an extra FZ4 at home cause I know how these Jersey roads could be.
Have you checked Ebay for any deals? Unless you willing to take the ride and I can get you a really good deal on that tire.

 

thanks bud... thats a lil bit of a ride for me... i got the wheels in sayreville at F1 Motoring next to Club Abyss... i'm gonna call and see if i have some kind of road hazard warranty BS on them, which i probably don't... i guess i'll end up going up there this evening to get it, because i cant stand drivin around all ghettofabulous with 3 19's and one stock 17 on my car... hahahaha

 

Club Abyss used to be the sh!t back in the days... Anyways, iight, if you have a prob with them holla @ me, I get that tire for about 170 installed and balanced right away. My peepz bro in law owns Action tire and he's good with taking care of me.
