I drove an E36 M3 which was impressive at the time. I was amazed because at the time I was driving an altima. I think I would not be as impressed these days.

A 1970 Chevelle SS with a bored-out 396ci. If I recall correctly, she did 0-60 in 4.2 sec and 1/4-mile in 12.1 sec.

Oh, my best 1/4-mile time on my 1986 Ninja was 11.22 @ 124 mph.

A vintage '73 Jaguar E-type III roadster V12. It's a retired race car now modified for street use. There is accually 2ft. of front end that you can't see from the drives seat because its all engine under that
beautiful hood.

A guy I worked with gave me ride in his newer Mustang Cobra that had a Vortech supercharger and 4.10 rear gears (along with all the usual bolt-ons). We were just driving along while he was looking for a stretch of road to flex its muscle. I turned to the driver to say something just as he floored it. The g-forces pinned my head flat against the headrest so hard that I couldn't even turn my head forward to see everything rushing by.

I drove an NSX back in 92/93 or so.
The dealer was with me so I didn’t get to have too much FUN.
It was right after I bought my 91 Legend Coupe and I guess he thought I was LOADED.

I rode in a Viper twice in California, but didn’t get to drive it.

A good friend of mine let me drive his 97'Lotus. One word, AMAZING!!!! Like a fool, he traded the car in for an 88' Ferrari Mondial. He wanted a convertible, I told him he was crazy for giving up the Lotus. Must be nice to have lots of money....

No, it was on a highway. Nice little straight without any cars. The car is bulletproof. I was expecting the limiter soon, but I had to lift off. Averaged 110 for 50+ miles. Felt like 60 in an average car. Car is planted and VERY stable.

40th Edition Vette... 6 speed manual... i drove it around our neighborhood (when I was 17) and hit 70 down every straight-away in the neighborhood. One time when my Dad was driving, we raced some "old muscle car" (I don't know what it was.) and we hit 90mph comfortably in 3rd gear and the other car gave up.

I used to have a 76 Camero with an 85 Chevy 305 in it. My first car and I hit 132mph on Golden Lantern before it had all that traffic (a long stretch of road that has since been littered with housing tracts). I'd usually hit that speed about a couple times a week. Never got caught. phew...

I drove a shifter cart once. I'm not sure how fast it was, but I'm guessing I hit something in the range of 100mph considering I took it through 6th gear. That thing was an absolute blast. Cornering was unreal. Fastest I've ever driven was 140 in a Carrara 4 with bored throttle body, intake, chip, exhaust and headers. It didn't want to stop there either...

Toyota Supra Turbo (heavily modded)

Runs 11.90's @ 119 MPH on street tires, no slicks or even cheater slicks.

Runs 165 MPH flat out, proven with a radar gun. It has the power to go faster, but redlines in top gear at 165 MPH.

Haven't driven any fast cars, but I did 137 in the cl

However, I rode in my friend's 3000gt vr-4...did 0-60 down my block in 4.x seconds, seems like he wasn't even trying. That cured my back pain that I had during that day
