Value would also depend on where you are located. Some people prefer an unmodded car, and you might be better off parting out. A general range would be from 18K to 21K.

 

18.5 plus u d better unmode everything b4 u sell

 

If you can find the right buyer you could get $21K for it. A red on black 6mt is rare, & only 18K miles. Plus all that warranty. But more likely you'll get the $19K range. The CLS isn't a popular car & being a stick makes it harder to sell.
