Definitely sounds electrical. I am no expert, but always a good idea to check the terminals on the battery and then your grounds. Usually battery to chassis, and battery to engine. There is a braided cable sort of under the battery tray. I would start by checking everything is tight and making good contact without corrosion. Good luck!

I had a similar problem with a 2004 TSX. Like you, the first thing I did was replace the ignition switch. It ended up being the negative battery cable. About $10 at an auto parts store it it went away.

If you have a voltmeter you can check it yourself.
To
find out, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the battery is fully charged, then
turn the ignition switch to ON (II), with the engine
off.
2. Turn on all exterior and interior lights, and apply a
full electrical load (for example: turn on the
windshield wipers, seat heaters, windshield
defroster, rear window defogger; crank up the
A/C).
3. Attach the red voltmeter lead tot he G1 ground
bolt.
4. Attach the black voltmeter lead to the negative
battery terminal.
5. Read the voltmeter. The voltage drop between
G1 and the negative battery terminal should be
between 0.03 and 0.10 volt. If the voltmeter
reads more than 0.10 volt, replace the negative
battery cable.
