Question..I have a 2002 CL-S and noticed a slight half-second noise everytime I intially put the car into drive. It sounds like a pump hum in the front of the car or something. Anyone else have this or know what it is? It doesnt sound bad, just was curious.

 

ABS pump self test. It is normal.

i get that too, it sounds like a damn fart!!! nice low rumbly fart....my GF actually thought it was a fart the other night, she blamed me!! then i had to explain to her that i dont fart in my new car..my previous cars, sure..but not this one!

 

I get the same damm thing. I figured it was normal. Now I'll worry if it goes away.

 

yea, i was trying to figure it out. it sounded like the side mirror moving(like when u put it in reverse)
