Engine Bay Graffiti

Hey guys I need some opinions. My buddy had the plastics in his engine bay painted like graffiti about a year ago in his TL-S. Since IA is coming up he wants me to do pretty much the same thing. So I need some ideas on what an overall theme would be or even some ideas on what to add. Here is my friends bay.

I'd have to say this is all on you man.
I mean its your car push your personality into it.
I sharpie drew on my bmx helmet by hand, it took me 5 hours and had tons of song lyrics on it.

That looks stupid as hell. If you do it on a 2G, wit will look even stupider. We don't have engine bay covers to mark up like that.

Yeah I doubt it would look good on my car. The 3G TL's have a lot better surface to do that on with a lot more plastic.

Not my style, the sharpie stuff has grown on me, but that looks like a box of crayola crayons threw up in his engine bay

That's all I did, took about 30 min to nicely mask off the black part and then another hour or so to paint (taking time, making no drip marks, cuts or other imperfections) then whatever it took to fully dry. Maybe down the road I might paint it white and do a winter camo theme. (Only reasons the cover is red is because I want a red CAI and my folks threw out all the paint, ~$80 worth, to make an amazing winter camo )

I don't know about other folks opinions but I like something that isn't overly powerful when it comes to aesthetically geared mods, the more subtle and the more OEM looking, the better. Personally, I think graffiti in the engine bay is a bit much on a 2nd gen.

Know the guy that did that. Had him do a helmet for me a while back. He's a member of another forum (not a car forum) that I'm on. He's also done motorcycles and lots of other stuff.

That said, I think the graffiti originally posted looks shitty as hell. Looks like someone puked in the engine bay.

Why would you do it just because your friend wants you to? If you want to do it, then go for it because it's your car. Maybe do something different. But don't give in to peer pressure.
