This happened once or twice before, i didnt have the emergency brake on nore did i have it on for a couple days, but i started my car and it wouldnt go away. Turning on/off doesnt do it, nor pressing down all the way on the ebrake and taking it off. After a good 5-10 min of driving it went away.

The car is a 2001 CL-P

Has this happened to anyone, can someon explain why this happens?

 

take it to the dealer and have them readjust it. The sensor contacts for you e-brake may be off...that's all
