It seems that after my tranny got replaced and after my battery died (all within a month) that I just noticed that everytime I start the car and drive off both doors automatically lock, and everytime I want to get out of the car after I turn the car off or if the car is still on, the doors are locked and I have to unlock them. The Cl isnt normally like this? because this hasnt happened to me since I bought the car up to the battery dying and tranny replacement. Is there anything I can do to correct this, or should I just tell my Acura dealer? Also....

After my tranny got replaced, my button on the drivers door for the trunk does not work, so I have to take the keys out of the ignition turning off the car and using the remote everytime the car is running and I want to access the trunk. I will bring this to the dealer for acura to take care of should be relatively easy right?

 

Don't know about the automatic locking issue.

There is a switch in the golvebox that disables the driver's door trunk release, if it is off your trunk won't pop.

 

Thank you for the trunk thing I forgot right about that time I also valed the car.

Now anything know about the automatic lock thing?

 

u should be glad it auto locks, there are a lotta criminals out there that would be more then happy to pull u out of ur cl...
