Eibach Pro-Control-Bars for the CL

Anyone have the "Eibach Pro-Control-Bars" on their CL, I'm not sure what they really are...but they sound very similar to strut bars, based on Tim's description on his website:

"The Eibach Pro-Control-Bars and Chassis-Reinforcements greatly reduce chassis twist and flex by tying the tops of the vehicles strut towers and chassis locations together. This ensures maximum steering response and superior handling."

I couldnt find any pics....$164

Seems to me like the same thing as the Neuspeed upper Strut Bar that everyone has been talking about lately.
