Easiest engine mod?

I just got a 01 cl-s, and would like to start givin' her a little more kick. What would be an easy mod that could boost the hp without taking to much time or skill? aem cold air?

What about removing the resonator and installing a home-made CAI? I know it had been done before...is there DIY instructions somewhere for this?

You can get a cheap-o generic CAI off of eBay for like $40 and stick a K&N on the end of it, I think a few people around here have done that. I got a used Injen off of eBay for only $90, You can find really good deals on used name-brand CAI's if you are willing to wait. That is the route I would go (and did) if you are looking to save a little $$.

CAI is probably the easiest. Then onto headers that would be a little more difficult.

before you start your mod craze, try to consider the comptech SC and if you can afford it DO IT!
