Dropped the car even more ;)

Well, you all remember the pics.

But my bitch was STILL too high...

So this weekend, I had the car lifted up to clean all the winter gunk off the coil-overs.

I decided... what a good time to see how low I can go!

I dropped the rear another 2-3 inches and the front another .5-1 inch.

My girl looks real CLEAN now. The rims/tint/drop all add up to one sick lookin puppy. Jaws were dropping all weekend...

:sigh: gotta love spring in NY

Can you believe the FREAKING OWNER of the Forum comes up with a post like this and doesn’t link any pictures.

Photo links take up hardly ANY bandwidth.
“Attachments” are the big server hogs.

It doesn't have 19s and it has a spoiler, but here's fresh pics of my drop. Got it aligned today and just finished washing it:

I really need a better digicam. 2.1MPixels just doesn't cut it anymore.

I definitely want some nice 18" rims but the ones I like most are out of my price range, of course.

Yo JRock - I'm sure you've been asked many times on this forum, but w/ search out of commision, I'm going to ask again.

How do you like your Nex Coilovers? Ride quality, ease of use, extranous sqeaks, etc.

Where did you get them? And if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay?

I found one place on the web that sells NEX coilovers. They have the Spec Street and Spec Racing. Which one do you have and what's the difference?

Yo Soopa...post the damn pics already!

Street Spec, $650, groupbuycenter.com

I've only had them in a for a week so no squeeks yet but I love them. They are nice and stiff and the steering response is amazing, especially combined with my Comptech swaybars. With the Comptech springs and sways on stock shocks the ride was about half this stiff and steering maybe only half as responsive as it is now. I love it. I just hope I don't hit any huge potholes or run into any large road obstacles.

Wow! Car looks great! Keep an eye on the inner tire wear, especially up front.
