That's what they did. The numbers are good, but the real world peformacne is not. I own a 300M, same engine as the RT. The gearing is wrong for off the line numbers. The RT/300M do move when at 60, but off the line, & low end is bad. Main reason for me getting rid of my 300M for a CL-S.

Yeah, that's police car can probably run down any of us since it has overheads (lights). It's not how fast the car can go, but how fast you can drive it.

You might be able to run from the car, but you can't run from the air.
Not recommended to try and outrun any police officer, I agree with Ken completely. You may lose the car, but then again you can't run from anything in the air
Now this is pretty interesting;
"Stealth mode" switch that turns off instrument panel cluster and radio indicators and dims PRNDL to lowest legal limit for stealth pursuit
What the hell is that?? So if you turn off the instrument cluster I would assume you wouldn't see your speedometer at night??

I do beleive there are some BMW's or maybe Volvos that have this feature. It is a pretty neat feature. At night time you can turn off all the interior dash lights except the speedo. This takes awa from distractions and alows you to see the road a whole lot better.
