do i need to remove this?
I am going to install the tokico illuminas and comptech springs myself.
now my question is do i still have take apart the stock spring and shock assembly to use the upper mountings? Or will the tokico come with replacement upper mountings?

You will need to take apart the assembly and use the stock upper mountings. The Tokicos will be just a shock, nothing else. Everything else you will need to transfer over from the stock assembly. Have fun... glad to hear you are doing it yourself, save $ and learn at the same time!

NOW DAMN i have to take the stock shit apart!!!!
anyone know where i can by these parts? the reason why is because i want to make install easy and pre install the comptech springs and tockicos to make it an easy swap...
