Do cops discreminate/target left lane speeders?
Is it true that cops: target, look for, hunt for left lane speeders?
Or, is it just a myth?

Pretty much true....cause the left lane is the underwritten rule "the fast lane"...so, cops look at that lane more often...but then again they also give you more leeway. It's not discriminatory...it's just the facts of life....people in the left lane are usually speeding.

ALMOST ALL OF THE SPEEDING TICKETS I HAVE GOTTEN over the years have been in the left lane. they have been both radar(instant on) and pacing me.
i have never seen a cop pulling over anyone for going too slow in the left lane.

I would think the left lane would be the "prime" meat target. But, I've sure noticed a bunch of lane weavers get tickets on a regular basis. I believe that one of the web pages recommends staying out of the fast lane (if you can).
Except from one of many links (that address your question):
"Left lane equals fast, Right lane equals slow. This is related to the previous comment about not being obvious. Not only is this good driving practice, it is good ticket-avoidance practice too. There's a psychological element here; if you're in the left lane, you must be speeding. Note that the left lane is sometimes called the "fast" lane.

it is not discrimination if your speeding. Kinda like its not racial profiling if your speeding too....its racial profiling if your black and you get pulled over only because your black.
