DIY for removing Temperture controls??

DIY for removing Temperture controls??
I started pulling the silver trim and couldn't figure out how the controls for the HVAC come out. It's the one that sits above the radio and below the Navi. I need to change two bulbs out

not sure if its the same, but in non-navi, u have to take the plastic trim thats around the gauge cluster. two screws in front of the cluster towards the top of the plastic trim piece
