I wanted to know if there are any differences between 01, 02, 03 CL-S.

 

03 was available w/ 6 speed
03 tails have white strip instead of just a square for the reverse light
03 didn't come with road lamps
03 had different rims

not sure but I think 03 had body colored door handles too, and maybe different cup holder?

so only POS automatic before '03

 

 

Body colored Door handles and grill. Headlights are smoked instead of straight clear. 03 also had 6 spoke grey wheels instead of 5 spoke silver.

And yes - Auto only prior to 03.

 

also the 03 had option of aluminum trim they have rolled tips on the tailpipes

Oh and the '02 had different side mirrors than the '01

also the mirror switch in the 01 didn't light up and the heated mirror indicator was red

Do all CL's have only one temperature setting on the seats. My TL-P and old TL-S both had High and Low settings.

 

I have high and low in my '02 CLS

 

my 03 has high and low for both seats

 

My 01 CL-S has hi and low. It is a rocker switch which isnt apparent. Hard to see the label.

The 03's with the dual setting on the seats must be for the automatics, cause I only have one button.

not true, i have an 03 6 speed and i have 2 settings

 

 

Where do you find the temp adjustment?

 

Yeah, the 03 side mirrors are body color, while the other 2nd gens are black.

the dual settings everyone was referring to was the heater, high, and low. The 03 6speed only has one setting on/off.

 

ah i thought he meant the memory switch, yes the 6 speeds only have 1 setting for the heated seats, no idea why, but some reason acura decided we don't need high and low

 

also some of the later model 03 CL doesn't have the extended 7yr/100k mile warranty cuz Acura supposedly has fixed the tranny problem that the 01,02, and the early 03 models were having.

 

If you search you will find that the 03 6-spd's have one button but its auto switching from hi to lo to maintain a good temp. So actually its better
