Question Difference between Comptech Icebox for CL and CL-S?

Are there any differences between these 2 intakes and does Comptech make an Icebox for the AT Type S? On their website they have applications listed for the 01-03 CL and another for the 03 CL-S 6speed only. But there's a re-usable filter listed for the 01-03 CL-S. I have a '01 CL-S AT. Is the icebox for the MT Type S a direct fit on my AT? Are there any differences? Or would/can I use the Icebox for the CLP? Any big differences between the CLP and CL-S icebox?

Thanks in advance for your help.

P.S. My mechanic has called Comptech twice and left a message once.

Best if you gave Comptech a call to get the correct scoop. Just my suggestion.......

Sorry didn't see the PS part. If no one gives you an answer on your tread, I would keep trying to get Comptech on the phone. That way you get the right intake.......

For the auto, there's no difference. The 6mt won't fit though cause the intake tube is longer because the 6mt doesn't have the VSA.

The reason there's separate reusable stock filters for cl & cls is cause the airbox is a little different.(stock)

For the AT version, I think the main difference is in the tube that connects the throttle body to the elbow. CL-P is a smaller diameter. CL-S has a resonator chamber on it if I remember correctly.

Alright, that's cool. I'll do that as soon as I find him. I want this part.

Sorry to revive and old thread, but I thought I could add my 2 cents here. I just installed a Icebox on my friends 02 CL-S today. The intake was originally for a 98-02 Accord V6. everything fit perfect. the only thing I needed to do as cut the tube to the throttle body shorter (comptech actually has a mark on where to cut it, via the flare in the pipe), and replace the 2.5" to 3" coupler with a 3" coupler (could be found at any local parts store in the "ricer" section, or home depot if you're that desperate)
