whats goin on guys..

im in the market for a CL-S engine and i came across one but the site i saw it on doesn't specify if its a type S or not, so i called the place and the guy that answered was even more useless cuz he had no idea..

so my question is, if i go check out this engine is there anyway to tell if its a type S or a non type S just by lookin at it?

if not, what needs to be done to be sure that its a type S & not a base 3.2 engine?

There will be a alphanumeric code inscribed in the block. It will be located on the top right corner of the block.

J32A1 is the premium motor.
J32A2 is the Type-S motor.

Other indicators are the Type-S motor will have two throttle bodies and the intake manifold plenum cover on the premium is flat where the Type-S has a slight curve to it.
