Once you get them off whatever you do, for the love of god, for everything thats sacred and holy, dont use a brillo pad or sandpaper. Its just glue holding them on. You can just roll that crap off with your finger, a little IPA and your done.

Meguiars tar remover will work on the glue stuff it leaves behind without messing up the clear coat.

so just take dental floss, use it to basically saw the tape/glue shit so the badges can come off, and them get some of that meguiars bug/tar remover for like 5-10 dollars auto zone or wherever, and use that on the rest of the glue and stuff it leaves behind

both times ive seen it done there was no fading, if that occours i woud just lay down a couple of coats of meguiars gold class and it should beat the fading.

theres about 10 trillion threads on this topic, use the search, but anyway when i did mine there was slight fading, once i put a few coats of wax on it and what not you couldn't even see it(01 black). all u need is goo gone, dental floss, a credit card, and alot of elbow grease. its ez and free for the most part one of my fav. mods.
