Damn it, my CLS with the winter setup 16" is FAST!!

Do not know.. if it's the weather (10-15F) or because the I am now on 41lbs 16" wheel/tires.... But my CLS is way faster than on the 18"... However, handling sucks big time.. no confidence to push it...and get this... Tire Pressure is now 24 PSI instead of 32 PSI... Why? Temp is now10F and dropping fast....
