Crashed the CL-s

It was actually a good day until I saw my car. Parked on street and came back to it been sideswyped. Insurance is liability so its all one me which sux more as dont have a job currently and not sure how gona fix it. By the looks its the fender and ofcourse the headlight assembly and bumper. Will post more pics but any suggestions or advice is welcomed, like where and how and what parts to get as I am gona try to do it my sefl first or aleast get the idea how much parts are and then get estimates for repair. Wheel have some scratches which is no big deal for me. I am in central and nother VA area so any shop recomendations or junk yards where to find parts will be helpful.
I guess its just not my year like many othes its been tough. I do love the car and try to take good care of it but this is like 2 major hit while parked and may be 4th or 5th over all as others are minor scratches. Its 2003 CLs auto with about 78K miles on it.

Dam,we are back on the cl loss again.
many getting crashed, sold,or just moving on.
Be glad you were not in the car.

I can help you out cheaper than you can get a new front bumper for. Since I still have my extra one NEW in the box.
And I am in NC so if you drive shipping will be non exsitint too.
Interested, PM me,I hate to see another go down the tubes.

yeah man I saw a post by someone else who had a crash on 9-15 i think. I was thinking it must really suck but never thought happened it would happen to me but his was really bad it think. anyway I found out today that insurance wont be paying for it so now I need to figure-out what i am gona do, the car is drivable just the inner fender is rubbing aganist the tire when hit bumps or turn i plan to fix that when the freakin rain stops. But for now I guess i will be driving aroun in the wounded and oneeyed CLs.
Thanks to others also for posting.

wts up guyz I have question about Insurace claim. So as you can see my car was hit and other story how only had laibility and since sept. I was able to put the headlight back together minus turn or yellow light and take out some dents on fender so the door opens and got full coverage.. question is i have had some tape on it to cover the hole and hold up the light so IF I FILE A HIT RUN CLAIM NOW WHAT ARE THINGS I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT INSURANCE people questioning me.. I am not sure if i can clean the tape residue but the car has been rained on and washed on so how bout the scratches looking fresh. any other concerns I should have. ?? any advise..

This is why u only do liability if the car is worth a grand. In an economy when you have no money for added repair is the main reason why u keep your full coverage insurance. Please tell me the car is paid for because its illegal to have liability on a car the bank owns. Please everyone learn from this guys hard lesson. Im not being rude/mean but it really pains me. I love my car. I know that if something happened, i'd barely be able to pay the $500 deductible so why would anyone wanna risk paying everything out of pocket? Or even worse being so broke that you couldn't afford a headlight more or less a whole fender and body work. Good luck bro.

Thats why i dont park my car on the street. Sorry to hear man. But even with full coverage is not worth it. U gonna openthe claim and they will increase your rates. It sucks. It happened to me that i hit pothole bent rims damage tire and blew shock. Maybe something else but (i have full coverage) isurance told me that the arent gonna pay me anything. I can open a claim that i did crash into something like did the accident. They would fuck up my DL for 3 years. Fuck it. This insurance fuckicng sucks !

Insurance fraud is not a good idea at all.

If its something you really want to do, then thats on you. Keep it to yourself.

Looks like an easy fix. I'm sure there are shops around willing fix this fr like 200 bucks. Ur deductible wll be 250 and definitely a bd idea to file an insurance claim for this. So much proof around that the damagewas already there. Likethis thread

thanks nspec.. I talk to my mechanic who i is also a friend and he said he can smooth out the dents in side pannel and bumper seems to be ok so all i need to get is a light which runs like 200 (oem light unit) I am going to get that fixed for now and worry about paint later. Its already at the shop hopefully the scratches can be buffed out.. i actually realized that my insurace deductible is 500 so its definately not going to be worth it..
wondering about paint i was told by professional that they might have to paint hood and door to match the paint...is that true.. well estimate for buffing and painting the bumper is 240 and the guy wasnt sure if fender can be fixed.
