Craftsman Jack not working for me:(

I followed the instructions and this thing isn't going up. I have the handle turned all the way to the right to lock the release valve or whatever and this POS just sits there I'm hoping this doesn't turn into an Amir turny-clicky incident but wtf it won't werk.

I'd check to see if there is oil in the valve. You might have gotten one that was returned, otherwise just go and exchange it if you just bought it.

If you've turned the handle both ways and there's no movement then it's probably time to return. There is some sort of bleeder or check valve, but I cannot remember what do to with it. I'd just exchange it at Sears -- they're pretty good with returns/exchanges.

What's that little silver thing on the back between the back two wheels? you're not supposed to pull the handle out and put it on that silver thing to turn it are you?

na, I'm sure you would know that if that was the case.

i have the same one.... you need to take the handle and put it in that silver thing thats right by that red thingy. Then turn it all the way to the right till it cant go anymore. Then try to jack it up.....

I suck at explaining things

Ok i'm a retard. As I suspected..... Not being very mechnically inclined I managed to look like a moron. The release valve wasn't labled all that well . Ugh..... If my dad were around he would've smacked me upside my head Unlike myself he was very technically adept. OH well so now i go on attempting to change the oil.....let's hope i don't fawk it up
