Cost of New Carpet Lining and The Padding

Does anyone know what the cost would be from the dealer for a whole new carpet lining for the whole car and new padding that goes underneath it as well for an 03 CL-S. Thanks!

idk prices but I can't imagine it being a lot of $. The carpet is only from the firewall to just under the rear seats. Not all the way to the trunk.

With that line of thought you'd be in for a real shock when you go to the dealer. When I was asking about new floor mats they mistakenly looked up the carpeting, and quoted me a price of somewhere in the $300 range. I believe it was low $300s. They then realized they were looking at the full carpet and not the mats.

The carpet for my old Civic hatch only went from the firewall to the base of the rear seats, and they wanted almost $400 for it. If you need new carpetting, check around online. You should be able to find aftermarket molded carpeting for under $200.

I dont know how much the padding underneath goes for.

Ebay occasionally, or hit up the junkyard. Can find good condition stuff for under $200.

I just did a quick search through all the aftermarket carpet companies I know and none of them make it for the CL.

If you dont want to pay OEM prices, you can go to a shop that specializes in automotive interiors. I know of one place in Miami off of W Dixie Hwy, but I dont know if they are still there anymore.

They're prices are good; at least compared to the dealers here in NY.
