COP WARNING --- MIAMI, FL
Hey guys.. well a good friend of mine just got his very own black CL-S. As many of you know I have a silver CL-P. So i decided to see if he wanted to see how much faster his car was than mine. We do 2 0-80 mhp runs on US-1 and SW 144 St. Of course I am a much better driver so i beat him both times just because of the launch. While talking on my cell phone to him i was trying to explain how to launch as per instructions here .. (thanks guys). Any ways for the 3 time in 3 weeks I have been pulled over my undercover metro cops. Always in GrandAm GT's. So far I have been pulled over by a red, black, and tonight a white one. Luckly I have yet to recive at ticket. I guess my luck will run out one day but untill then drive ON! My friend got pulled over by a pincrest cop and he got a ticket for not having his licence but thats it. $5 if he just photo copies it and sends it in with his ticket. We if your in Miami watch out for GrandAm GT's!!

in the beach watch out for a red prelude lowered with rims and exhaust its a cop trust me...............cops are in every trust me ive been pulled over by evrything white ford van that plumbers use, for tauros, toyota camry, grand ams, explorers you name it
Police officers drive regular cars, too. If they are in their POV and/or off-duty, the can still enforce [some] traffic laws whether they are in uniform or not. Each state will have it's own rules about how to pull over the driver, if and how to call a marked unit, how to cite, etc. As for official cars and on-duty vehicles, money is tight. You're going to see all kinds of vehicles. Just be glad citizen's arrests are at a minimum.
In Orlando, the cops have taken to golf carts! lol! I guess they figure a lot of speeders pay attention to looking for the light bar, etc so they started using golf carts in residential neighborhoods. Some fuzz gave out like 60 tickets in a 2 hour span! Bastards.
I just love my V1.
I love that I am still amazed when it goes off and like a mile later I see a cop.

A girl at my school got pulled over by a fake cop a couple years ago on 66 (in VA), and he raped and murdered her.... every year all the sororities plant a tree for her on the main lawn, and we have to go to all these informative sessions on how to be safe with cops, everything from only opening our windows two inches (to exchange license/ticket information), to not pulling over at all unless you're in a well-lit, occupied area (like, outrun him till a gas station or something). I dunno... if I were by myself and someone tried to pull me over in a weird car, like not a Crown Vic or a Grand Marnier or a Lincoln or something, I'd prolly not pull over till I got to a gas station. If he wants to cite me for evasion, then I'll take it to court that he was unmarked and I'm a small girl with a nice car... one of the biggest rapist targets EVER.
I'd even bring my documentation from the info sessions conducted BY the VA state police. *sigh*
It's just scary to think of that; it's SOO easy to buy one of those flashing lights. My dentist is also a cop, and he has his Virginia Police Catalog in the waiting room of his office; I can buy bullet proof vests and flashing lights and "re-order" a badge any time I want. And I don't even have a reason to do so, but serial rapists, murderers, etc, DO have reasons to do so, and that is scary. You know?

There were a few instances in the Kansas City area within the last year where some guys where breaking into houses in the middle of the night with sheriff and police uniforms on. I don't remember them hurting anyone, but it was still a little unnerving.</STRONG>

I'm not trying to be down on my peeps, but Kansas City is no different than the average places in Chicago, Philly, St. Louis, or New Orleans.
There's nothing non-city like about Kansas City...
Never pull over for an unmarked vehicle that you are not comfortable with. Use your cellphone to call 911 and either ask for a marked patrol car (try to get a State Trooper to meet you) to come out or ask for verification of who's pulling you over. This will protect you from evasion.
