hey guys... after 5 long years of workin my car I am finding myself alil financially strapped and want to get out of debt for a new start.... I AM CONSIDERING SELLING CASPER!!!!!

I will not be low balled and will list out the costs of everything so you can see the considerable loss that I am taking... even though I know you never get back what you put into a car, I dont want to be rapped...

I have spent $$$ on:
Body Kit: $4,000.00
CF Hood: $400.00
Rims: $1400.00
Air Ride: $4000.00
IASCA Comp Stereo: $24,000.00 ( I have receipt as proof!)
Headers: $1100.00
Exhaust: $500.00
Xdrilled / Slotted F & R brakes: $500.00

Thats a total of $35,900.00 in major mods alone... My signiature reflects all other modifications that I have done and am not including in the $$$... I have dyed my interior black on the lower half so that the interior is dark beige, light beige and black (like new Navigators)... Wood grain is anthractite color... I also have new gauges in the car for air ride...

I am asking $20,000.00 for the car... This INCLUDES EVERYTHING except AMPLIFIER and EQ... Both go for $4000.00 and the amplifier is 1 of 200 made, limited edition with certificate.... If you want that to be included I am asking an even $25,000.00...

it is a 1998 with 69,234 miles....

Most of you know me and my car personbally so you know I am no slouch and take great car of my car....

If I put that much loot into a car, I would just keep it 4ever because no one is going to pay you for all of the time and money you put into the car. You may regtret it down the road if you take a loss

 

Damn Gianni... you're nuts. YOu have to keep that bad boy. All of the work and $$ you put into it. It will be a sad day when you sell that car. BTW, did Ross ever do that trunk mod to your car? I want something like that for mine....

no. i never did it.... I have lost contact with Ross.. he stopped calling people...

I have spent alot of time and $$$ but sometimes its time to move on and grow up... I almost went tooo far for my own good.. its knwoing when to quit that gets ytou ahead....

$24K on a stereo dude? Damn.... If you spend $24K on a radio you should be spending $150 - $200K on a car!!!

Anyway, I hear ya on the G35... I was this close |-| to selling my TL-S for a 350Z... but I decided against it for now. The Z would have been cheaper for me too... but it's just not practical for the winter... so I'll wait.

I had a 93 Cobra that I did a ton of stuff to....and I got rid of it to get the CL....I think about my Cobra atleast 10 times a day You'll surely miss it if you do get rid of it....then you'll wanna buy another one once its gone.

 

I wnat to sell it to get out of CC debt... If I can eliminate my CC debt and onlyt pay car payment and insurance I would be happy...

 

Credit card debt can run an arm and a leg when the balance is high and the interest is too. (i.e. $10,000 can turn into $25,000 by the time you pay it off.) I think he's looking to pay his credit crads off and then worry about a car. At least then the payments are fixed as is the interest and ending balance.

 

ic... credit cards bills could be a bitch!!


Just make sure you hide the "paid-off" credit cards from yourself, because you might want to spend more money on your new ride.
