hey does any one know how to remove the cointray in the center? I got a quarter stuck behind it and now it doesnt close all the way. please help

 

Oh man I wish I knew. I asked about this a month ago and nobody could help me. I really somebody comes through on this one.

Thanks Johnny Rad, Ive already looked through those, but the only good answer was pound on the side of the console, and try to dislodge the coins. Whatever I'll give it a try and let you know what happens speedb. Someone needs to do a DIY on how to take that damn thing out. It's gotta be easier than taking apart the whole entire dash.

 

This is the official DIY for fixing that cointray,everybody is having problems with. First scratch your armipts while making an ooh ooh sound, then hit the sides of the console with your fists like a pist off gorilla and somebody just stole your last banana. Try hitting it while it's open and then while it's closed. Seriously it works. I've been trying to fix that damn "not an ashtray" forever. Finally a couple firm hits on each side and I'm fifty cents richer, and the CL is happy.
