Hi every one,
I'm new to this forum and I hope you can help me with my spring decision for my 01 Acura CL-S. I have owned it for 3 months and want to trick it out a little.

I am trying to figure out what gives the better ride quality, Coil Overs or regular lowering springs. I have figured out that the coil overs you can adjust the height but how is the ride and reliablity? I don't want it any stiffer than the way it is stock.
Any of your ideas would be appreciated
