Anyone see it? Its SSM with 72k miles on it. Looks clean, de-badged, LED's in the door/puddle lights, and like I said, it has Comptech headers, mufflers, icebox and springs (i'm guessing as its looks like a Comptech type drop). Good pickup for someone if they can get the price down a bit...

It's probably not a bad price (buy it now is $14,288.00) if you're looking for a SSM 6spd...

Would be better a couple grand cheaper, but I think it's in a decent price range considering it's from a dealer... Remember, retail price is always a little higher than a private sale...

So you guys think it's nice? I've been lurking these forums for a bit now drooling over most peoples cars in hopes that the right one would come along. I decided about two months ago that I really liked the 1st Gen CLs, which quickly changed when I saw the 2nd gens and found out they were offered in a 6speed.

The search for a CLS6 began and I made a couple trips here and there (including chicago once, from texas) in hopes of finding the right one. Lo and behold, yesterday, I picked up the one mentioned in this thread.

It was 14.5k after TTL, out the door. Hopefully I'll be driving down to houston this saturday to pick it up. I tool noticed the comptech goodies and the guy never even mentioned them until I asked. The headers, icebox and springs are all comptech for sure and the exhaust looks to be too. The guy asked me what that adds to the value and I told him "a couple hundred"....

Anyway, I'm looking forward to spending some time and money on the car, as well as on these boards!

I have a $500 deposit on it right now and am picking it up tomorrow. Maybe he's playing his cards so that if I back out, he'll still be in a good selling position. Also, there are several salesman there. I'm dealing with Jon and just put the deposit yesterday, so maybe you got someone else that replied to you.

I plan on taking some shots of it as soon as I get it, so just wait.

Yea so I drove down to houston saturday and picked it up. It's SUPER clean and I absolutely love it to death. It's funny that they still list it on their site considering it's in my driveway. I plan on washing it up real nice tuesday or wednesday and taking it for a photoshoot.

I have to say, the Comptech exhaust sounds amazing. I was worried about it being loud at first but once I heard it, I was in love. Everything about this car is amazing. I got em down to 13,400 on the price so I'm pretty happy with what I paid.

 

Congratulations, if I could do it all over again i'd have the entire comptech setup.
