CLS vs. BMW 330?
Anyone here have any encounters with any bimmers? I see this 330 coupe like a 2001-2003 style, and every time i see this dude he keeps egging me on, i always see him on the way home from work.... what are my odds?

Interesting. The numbers I have read indicate that the 330i/Ci MT is on par with the CL-S 6MT, where both should beat the CL-S 5AT.

I ran my buddy's 2003 330ci 5mt a couple times when we were both completely stock from 60-110. He was definitely the faster of the two of us, but only ever so slightly, maybe by like half a car length. He's also not the most experienced stick driver out there, so I think an experienced driver would have dusted me and be able to put up a good fight/beat a 6spd CL. Driver's race.

Stock vs Stock a 6 speeder would beat a 330 at least to 100+. Maybe they have better gearing afterwards but I can hardly see (after several personal experiences while I was stock) a 330 staying with a CL-S 6 up until that point. In my experiences I put on at least 2-3 cls on 330s from a dig. I dont even give them a second look now with my mods because it isn't worth wasting my gas.

Drifting
according to that mag that is full of professional drivers they are equal. i haven't seen too many 330's around my neck of the woods that weren't autos piloted by girls that have no respect for the car.
