CLS hauls ass at -14 F.

Of course I let the engine and tranny warm up before I jumped on it. Felt like a whole different engine was under the hood.

I love that dense air.

i wonder if someone is crazy enough to run liquid O2 in their car since that has be super cold to turned to liquid lol

Yep every ten degrees drop equals 1% more horsepower, so from 70 (SAE test temp. I think) down to -14 is 84 degrees less divided by 10 equals 8.4% more power, or at the crank for a Type-S thats 260 times 8.4% or nearly 22 more horses for free! This should be about right......

I just got back from some spirited driving for about 2 hours and these cold temps are kickass.

I'll take 40-50 degree weather...so my stockers have a little grip. In this weather I can get VSA going from a 30mph romp!

My 1986 buick 3.8 V-6 had about 90- 100 more horsepower between 80 F degrees and 0 F

I love the cold weather, the only problem is finding black ice. I jammed down on the gas at about 25mph in 1st and it just spun, Dunlop tires...

No snow tires here just the shitty stockers but i'm still able to get some decent grip out there.
