Is there anything else you can buy to clean the icebox filter besides the Uni Filter Cleaner and Oil by Comptech?

 

This might not be the answer your looking for, but many atv & snow mobile stores sell the uni filter/oil for way cheaper. I think I got mine from Dennis Kirk.

 

You can use the K&N cleaner. You need to re-oil however with oil designed for foam filters.

You can get the uni filter set on ebay cheap or other places online. You don't have to get it from CT.

The UNI Foam Air Fliter Service Kit is manufactured by Uni Filter, Inc. located in So Cal. It is not manufactured by Comptech, just recommended/sold by them. It sells for between $10-$15, so cost shouldn't be a problem. But to answer your other question, many motorcycle shops sell something that they will tell you is equivalent to the Uni system. I even got my last Uni Service Kit from one because the Acura dealer that use to provide this product has gotten out of the aftermarket game.
