CL-S + suspension upgrades vs. Integra

How would the ride quality of a CL-S + Comptech springs and sways and Koni yellow shocks compare to an Integra (non-type R)? I really like the look of the car with the CT springs and want to reduce body roll. If I lower it, I'd definitely get new shocks too since I know the stock shocks aren't designed for the CT springs. I'd like to maintain as much of the stock ride comfort as possible. So on a scale of 1-10 where 1 shakes your fillings loose and 10 feels like a big American boat, where would you rank: Stock CL-S, upgrades Cl-S, stock 2nd gen Integra, stock 3rd gen Integra. I have some experince with the Integras so they're a good reference point for me.

If you go anywhere near yellow Konis your car will handle like a dream but let me tell you your ride will be STIFF like 2/10 stiff!!!

You've got to be real hard core to ride around everyday on those which kinda defeats the purpose of the CL-S....it gets real old after a while

I thought the Konis were adjustable so it could be anywhere from near-stock soft to race hard. What other shocks would you suggest to keep as much of the stock smoothness as possible?

mt6forlife, where are you in la? i am getting koni's installed this coming week with yokos es100s and already have springs and sways so you can take my ride for a spin. the ride is fine right now with just springs and sways and actually still feels boaty so hopefully with the koni's and tires it will tighten up the turns and feel while still being adjustable. my friend has a stock tl type s and its boaty 10/10 with my stuff 8/10 and with koni's hopefully adjustable from 7/10 to 2/10 but we'll see. .

The Konis rule !! The handling is amazing compared to stock and when set at the lowest the ride is fairly close to stock. It all works great together, the Konis, Comptech springs, Comptech sways and the Toyos.

The Konis kick ass and I keep mine in the middle setting for front and back and they are awesome. Not too bad of a ride at all. A little stiffer than stock, but if you set at the softest setting you cannot really tell a difference.

On the Koni's, how do you adjust the settings? Does the car need to be lifted in order to do that? Is it just a dial? Or do you need to pump air/gas into it or something (like a mountain bike)? Sorry for the dumb question, but just curious.

I think its a dial on top of the shock that you can adjust...I think the only problem is that the rear shocks are under all the carpeting and stuff in the trunk and you might have to take out the back seat to get to them....is this right yall??? So if this is right can you just cut some small holes in the trunk carpet on top of the shocks so you can get to them real easy???
