Has anyone seen the Mischief video (not the one from the Gumball 3000)? There is a black 1st gen CL with silver graphics smoking the front wheels. Anyone from this board? I recommend watching this to any racing nut. These guys are crazy!

They have an R1 top speed run, an S4 top speed run, they abuse a 2002 maxima and break the tranny, jump a 2002 explorer and blow the tires, etc....plus the bikini contest from the Nopi Nationals!

i watched that over at my friend's house but did not notice a first gen CL its a dvd worth buying though hella cool what they do to the cars

That CL belongs to someone on the board, but it isn't CLpower's aka ghander..

The owner of the CL hasn't posted for a long time and I can't remember his name. He posted the clip of the car when he joined.

 

I have imD the guy who owned the s4 and who did some of the taping of the mischief dvd. I told him the movie was too fake . I gave him a ton of pointers on what to do the next time he does a video. The guy told me he would put my name in the credits for giving him so many ideas. The guy who owns the s4 sells auto parts on his website autobuzz.com I believe. The guy is cool as shit. I think he is in Maine I believe

 

Yeah uh so anyway about the CL - it's in my area, I've seen it in Rockville but I don't know the owner personally. He just knows some of the DTMPower guys from around here so they used his clip in the video. His car is a little ricey but not too bad. If I see him around I'll remind him of these forums.

I had a chance to run with him along with some other CLS's
lined up 3 in a row, 2 rows deep

result:
CLP staring at tailights disappearing in the distance
but managed with an IS300.

CLS w/ I-H, lost by a small margin 0-70 but didnt have room to go 80 or 90+

CLS w/ ECU, sticky tires, lost and the same reason as above

 

It's a DVD you gotta buy it.
