As for those who are awaiting parts, the car is getting towed tomorrow to Jae's shop. Might have them off by the end of the weekend.

Sorry to see that. From the photos shown it doesn't look that bad. Was the frame bent?

Still working numbers. I rejected there first 2 numbers and have sent them multiple listings for comparable cars. Lets just say Geico is lowballing which even the bodyshop guy said they are notorious for.

Fvck Geico. They lowballed my wife when she got rear ended by another driver.

When you get your parts together please post up the thread in the BM.

None, I think they only go off on impacts near the front. Finally settled today. Big lizard, I posted a sale thread in the black market already.

airbag should not deploy in a rear impact unless it pushed you into something with a fair amt of force. they should only deploy in a side or frontal impact under certain conditions. other than that, they should not go off.

Get the Bimmer if it has a warranty. The interior on the new Mustang - while better then previous years - is still not that great.

Plus I would never get the first year of a new model.

The 335 with an intake, downpipe and tune will make that.

Can anyone explain to me why mustangs still use a live rear axle. Do mustang drivers really want to only go fast in a straight and get passed by minivans in the corners? Are there any other cars still using live rear axle? or any non-american companies? I understand that the roads in the US are the straightest most boring roads of any country and mustang owners only go fast a drag strps or from stop lights but still.....

I like the new engine and all but I would never buy one.

Few take their cars to the track and they won't die easier with this around a corner plus it's cheaper.

Don't know how you can generalize about all US roads. In the midwest they are straight and boring but they're faster than zig zag roads and that's the point.

A new 5.0 stock makes that. . .for less $$. As for the live real axle its a drag race world.

Until you add in the same things that the BMW has and you are pushing $40k not including tax, title, tag.
