Question CL and CL-S owners - fog lights on with high beams on

For the 1st time i failed VA state inspection, apparently my fog lights stay on while high beams are on as well.
never paid attention to this, nor i ever checked how it was before
can one of you guys with CL or CL-S confirm how it works on your car?
i haven't made any electrical mods or changes, all factory original.
thanks guys

I fucking hate VA for this shit.

I suggest taking it to another place for the inspection. If they fail you, just pick up the 03 inserts and use them for the inspection. Its a simple install too, it shouldnt take any longer then 10 minutes. Im not sure if they are supposed to turn off when the high beams come on though.

They are not fog lights, they are just running lights, there is no way to turn them off.

They are technically called "road lamps". Knight is right though, they dont turn off with the brights. They are not fog lights.

They are road lamps like everyone says, not fogs.
And any time the light switch is beyond parking lights they stay on.
