I have the rotors on order, they cost me $300CDN for 2 front rotors... It's roughly $200USD..

Nope, they are stock size....12.1" I believe..
Same rotors, just holes! (Hey, it should be cheaper...less material!)

I am not sure...most performance shops can get their hands on X-Drilled rotors.
