cheap spring install in Eastbay Cali?

Alright, picked up my springs today. Does anyone know a place that'll install them cheap? I called a few places and mostly asking $300+$150 for alignment. Does this sound about right? Does any1 know how much Acura will charge? Also, what is the average time it takes to install the springs? If you got a hookup or if you have experience installing them, lemme know. Much appreciated!

$300 for a spring install? I got mine installed for 70 bucks and the alignment done at acura for (I believe) $70. It took around 2.5 hours to install them. Sorry, don't know of any places in your area.

I knew that didn't sound right! The guy that Eibach recommends on their website (Roger Krause) in Castro Valley is a friggin rip off! He said $89 an hour and it's a 4 hour job plus another $150 for alignment! What a rip!

Did they offer free lube for when you bend over ? Find another place.....Check with Pleasanton Acura, you may be surprised. At least they are mod friendly......

FPAEP...jus gotta check the Black Market every now and then. We're always selling shit to eachother on here! I got'm for $200 from a girl who lives nearby. Brand new, saved 100 bux.
As far as model #, I forgot what it is but you can go on Eibach's website (Eibach.com) and check it out. I believe the springs for the CL-S also fit the TL and 99+ Accords. Not 100% sure about the year for accords but they will fit.

Fabvsix..I only go to Acura of Pleasanton to get my car serviced even tho I bought the car in Stevens Creek. They're good people there, I just didn't get around to calling them yet. I actually have to bring my car in for the 30K maintenance.

Cool thing tho...I found a shop that'll install them for $150 and $35 for alignment. That MF at Roger Krause is a total rip...do not go there!

Moo...where are you and the shop located? If I go through you I'd probably want you to go with me since he's your friend an all.
I'd like to do it next week if possible?

pop...does the $120 at ModaSport include alignment or is it extra? I was gonna get my 30K service in Pleasanton so that would work out too.

I'm gonna get my springs installed, I'm gonna get my springs installed!

That's cool pop...no worries!

Ok Moo, looks like your friend is gonna be installing for me! Can you pm me your # and where the shop is located or we can just meet up first and go together? Yea, Sunday sounds cool but I don't wanna say yes 100%. Something might come up so I'd rather call you first to make sure it's a go.

Alright, getting my springs installed this thursday! Woooo!
Ok, here are a couple of shop's prices for installation and alignment. Apparently, calling your shop Motorsport is a common thing but with slight variations.

Motorsport Techniques (510) 783-8383 in Hayward charges $120 for spring install and $80 for alignment.

Motorsport in Hayward (510) 489-6610 charges $150 for spring install and $35 for alignment,

Modacar in Pleasanton charges $110 for spring install but they don't do alignments. They must refer business next door cuz apparently there's a shop next to them that does alignments and such.

Acura of Pleasanton is a good dealership but they will bend you over anf fuk you 2 or 3x for what they charge. Just for a spring install will run you $350+ and alignment is like another $100! They are CRRRRAZY!

Moomaster99 says his friend at Wheelworks in Frisco will install and align for $140. That's the best price I've heard!

I've decided to go with Motorsport and pay the $185 since they are only a mile from my apt. Only thing that sucks is they says its a whole day job!?!? We all know it only takes about 4-5 hrs.

Moo and pop, thanks for your help!
