Are there any mods to change the front of the CL-S? I don't really like it much, it's too round.. I like the TL-S front..

Maybe a front lip, or a grill (probably wouldn't change much), or something else?

You can custom mold a front lip from the TL kit... but that may take some $$, but it has been done. As for a grill... I'll do a search as I believe someone on here sells a mesh grill kit.

 

I have an entire front clip from a TL on my CL. They just bolt right up. You'll have to trim a little of the core support for the TL headlights, but the rest fits perfectly. I'll post some pics soon, just have to take some.

A handfull of people have put the TL kit on the CL. There is also the Versus body kit available but some people have said that if the car is lowered the front part of the kit scrapes on driveways and speed bumps.

As for the grill there is a member here who sells quality grills for the top and bottom portion of the front end in different styles. I think his screen is ST2000 but I'm not sure. You may want to do a search on each of these topics

So the CL doesn't have its own factory body kit?

I was checking out your site, juniorbean.. and, does the TL body kit really fit the CL-S? I know 4pumpedCL said that I might have to trim it a little? Is that true? and is that the only way?

Are there aftermarker body kits that would fit the '03 CLS?

 

The TL-S kit will fit... but it requires some work to get it done. I think that 4pumped was referring to replacing the front bumper with a TL bumper, not the body kit. The TL is longer and wider then the CL, so some fabrication is required to get it to fit. When it does fit... it looks VERY hot.

I have seen a few bodykits for the CL... but nothing I like... they're all a little to ricey for my tastes.

I'll see if I can find some links to pics of the TL kit on the CL.

4pumped....you actually have the TL front bumper on your CL? I've never seen pics of this before...how does it look?? I never even heard about anyone doing this before!!! PICS!!!
