CF spliter on Versus kit?

I just got the front lip on the versus kit trimed, however I think it looks weird without the middle piece on there. The only thing I can do is to buy a CF splitter to close the gap in between. (Buddy Club2) My question is will the splitter still be able to be attached to the front piece even if it is trimed down a few inches? I have no experience with the CF splitters but see it as my only solution to my problem. Thanks for your help. Here is a link to the exact splitter that I am interested in.

i think it will look weird if you dont have the middle piece on ur versus kit... plus you dont know how it will look with the splitter, what happened if you dont like it, you will be wasting $250
when i first cut my middle piece on my lip, it looked weird too, but everyone else liked it and i promise it will grow on you

well its been about 2 months and Its not growing on me. I Know it will look good becasue I have seen it done on the versus front lip before. It just looks like something is missing. Will the Splitter still attach even if it is trimed a little?

That doesnt look bad but you have to understand that I have a huge space in between the fog lights. It lookds very strange and the only way to close the gap is to put the full CF splitter across the whole bottom.

Yeah, I remeber seeing it as well. but the only question is how the hell is the thing going to be bolted on there? can it still be attached even if the kit is cut down a few inches?

what color is your car? id say do it if its black, blue, or the dark grey.

silver, white, or red would look strange...

but i think the CF splitter would look hot on any color if you had the cf hood and trunk. thats banging.

I have a blk CLS and its a CF splitter so its kinda dark grey. Has anyone ever insalled one before? I know it cant be that hard. I have reinstalled by body kit many times so im sure if I can do that then I can install this splitter.
