thanks for the comments!

the accord version is still being designed. while there is only 2 pieces for my tl-s, i believe the accord has 3 pieces to the cover so the logistics are still being worked out. it's made from real carbon fiber, and it's a completely new replacement piece (no overlay so you can go stock again). it's not cheap by any means since there are a lot of complex angles to mold and smoothe out, but it's really nice and well constructed! no set prices yet, but if the demand is high and we can get a big groupbuy going, the price should be better. besides the tl-s cover which also fits the cl-s, there is a version for the 2000+ non type s models (i have it but no pix taken yet). stupid acura had a different cover on the 99 tl so that one might be left out. i think there might be covers for other honda/acura models too.

i'll let you guys know more as soon as the details come out...

Real Carbon Fiber shouldn't have any problems in our engine bay correct? I've seen air intakes and what not in s2k engine bays and they've seen to hold out.

Any material science majors that could verify this?

Well considering the OEM manifold cover is plastic, I think you'll be just fine.
