I think it's a cosmos...it's the only car to ever get the 20b tri-rotor.
I think Farrelly or somebody was importing the motor and putting them in RX-7s...an old issue of Sport Compact..the Banzai Rx-7

what the fuck is that thing. That is by far the ugliest car I've ever seen. oh my god. I'm honestly laughing right now so hard it hurts. I was expecting something...I dunno...cool.
