Hey I have a 2001 Acura CL Type-S 190,000 Miles, I recently had trouble with my car randomly shutting off, at first it was that I had a damaged key so I switched keys and that stopped my problem for a while, then my car started shutting off while I would be driving or idling, So everytime it would stall while I'm driving or Idling (Everything on the dashboard just died when it stalled) , I'll put it in Neutral and completely turn off the car (Drop the key back into the first option like as if I just put the key in) and start it right back up and as soon as the motor/car turns on it instantly stall's, I'd have to shut off and turn it on a couple time (Car turns on and instantly stalls) before I'm able to fully turn it on and drive, I recently just changed my Main Relay, fuel pump and battery less then 1 year old and alternator is good. Any idea what this could be?

 

i would look at the ignition switch..
