Ok when I start my car sometimes when it is cold I turn the key i have to turn ithe key further like all the way before it even begins to turn over, sometimes it does not even work but I turn it back or remove the key then re-try and it works?

Could this be my ignition switch that is going?

It is a 98 cl and the dealership said that the ignition was replaced by recall (this was before i purchased the vehicle)

 

Ive got a 98 2.3 it does the same shit. I just wait till it starts. It hasent ever not started. I have no clue what it could be, maybe the battery connections are f'ed up or have corosion on them?
