power upgrade is from a bump in compression
10.5>11.0:1 The engine is the same SOHC 3.2L w/ different exhaust manifold. This leads me to believe that the 3.2L engine won't be around much longer. Other information says 3.4L/3.5L ivtec engine is in the works but not yet complete.
It gets wider tires. 235/45 and wider rims 17x8 w/ Bridgstone Potenzas. Brembo 4piston calipers. Overall length is down 6 inches. HLSD of course.

I really don't understand the logic behind the 6spd TL, i understand that people would like a "sports sedan" but who really wants a family sedan, better yet a luxury family sedan in 6spd? I think the CL in 6spd is great but i think it would be better that they kept the TL in auto. I'm sure plenty of you will disagree

Brembo brakes are soooo sweet. I'm always amazed on how good they feel, and the stopping power is fuggin' amazing.
It will depend more on the size of the calipers, the tires and brake feel Acura decides to give the TL, less so that they are Brembo. And I doubt many will use race the TL around a track. It's more for the name and looks IMO
I think Honda has pathetic braking distances more because they insist on using tires with very low rolling resistance instead of ones with performance, though it appears that is changing. The tires, more than the brakes, are what kill H/A braking distances. Tho, with real tires and brembos, this car might be in the low 170's or, dare I say, 160's from 70.
