Car almost stalls... any help is appreciated

its been doing it for like 1 month now... after the car is at normal temperature, sometimes when i am driving and stop and a light, as soon as i am dead stoped the car like vibrates a little like its going to stall and the rpm dropes slightly below normal. I usual let of the brake so it wount stall and then its fine. Last night it did it right after i turned the car on. As soon as i turned it on it was barly staying on so i reved it up to get it out of the stalling zone and when i let it go it droped below normal again. I did this a cupple of times and then it was fine. I have headers and an intake which i installed like 3-4 months ago and my battery is like 5 months old. I have 37k miles and i am runing some stuff of the battery but i am pretty careful and baby the battery. I am running a 1000 watt 12 inch subs and a ps2 and the nav to dvd converter but have them all hooked up to a capacitor. Thats all that i can think of that would lead to this problem. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance.

There's a known problem with the car of hard-cranking when the engine is warm and for near-stalls after you first put the car in D. It hasn't been reported to happen too much after the car has been running awhile.

My car still does it and always has since day 1. After giving the car gas for the first time (say going to the end of the block), the car goes below normal RPM when I brake but then comes back up by itself. Then after giving it gas again, it feels like it wants to stall.

The fuel distributor pump is faulty. As long as the car doesn't stall, you should be fine. But it's happening a lot to you so you should look into replacing the fuel pump. Unless, of course, something happened with your headers or intake install.

Do you have a CEL? Maybe could be bad ignition coils(just guessing).

EDIT: iv had my headers for a while thought like 4 months and the problem started 1 month ago...

This sounds more like a dirty IAC Search on it.

ok i just read the symptoms of the IAC and mine is nothing like that... my rpm is not jumping everywhere only after driving for a while and i come to a complete stop my rpm drops from like 750 where regular ideling is to about 600 to 500....then i let go of the brake to like make the car snap out of it and it goes back to normal.... but its nothing like violent it does not jump around or even stall....maby its because i have never let it stallbut yea it has never died out on me.... and i think its kinda early for me to do the fule pump unless is know as a defecetive part.... thanks though i am now able to eliminate some things from the equation....

Still wouldn't hurt to run some carb cleaner through the TB. Just spray it in there let it sit a minute then turn the car on & let it idle.
You could also disconnect the battery & do the Idle re-learn procedure. There's a write up on that as well.
These are simple DIY things before heading to the dealer & having them tell you some BS.

EGR VALVE!!!!!! You have to take your entire Intake Manifold off and clean a hole that is cloged. Search on the TL site, they have instructions

It wouldn't hurt to put in a bottle of Chevron Techron. I use it in mine every 5000 miles or so.

Or try something a little more potent like, Seafoam
Works wonders in cleaning the engine internals out.
